Delete your CarFlex Studio account

How to request deletion

1. Write to info@carflexstudio.com with the subject «Delete my account», from the email address you signed up with.
2. We confirm the request by replying to that same address — that is how we verify the account is yours.
3. Deletion is completed within 30 days at the latest, and we tell you when it is done.

You do not need an active subscription, and you do not need the app installed, to ask for this.

What gets deleted

• Your account and your business details (name, email, phone).
• Every photo and every simulation, including the original files in our storage — not just the records: the pixels.
• The labels on your projects and your own calibrated templates.
• The history of WhatsApp and email deliveries.

What is kept, and for how long

Billing records — payments and invoices — are kept for as long as the applicable tax law requires, detached from your photos and your content. Your subscription itself is held by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record; cancelling it stops the charges, and the invoices it issued stay in its records for the same legal reason. Nothing else is kept.

Deleting data without closing the account

You do not need to delete the account to delete content: inside the application you can remove any simulation or a whole project, and its files are destroyed immediately, in storage too.

If you are not the account holder

If your photo was taken by a beauty centre, barbershop or salon that uses CarFlex Studio, that business decides over the image and can delete it from inside the app. Ask them first. If you cannot reach them, write to us at info@carflexstudio.com and we will pass the request on and follow up.
