Delete your CarFlex Studio account

From the app, right away

This is the fastest route, and it waits for nobody: the account is deleted the moment you confirm.

1. Open CarFlex Studio on your phone and go to Settings › Account › Delete my account.
2. Read what gets deleted, type your password and confirm. We ask for the password again on purpose: an unlocked phone left on the counter should not be enough to erase the workshop’s work.
3. Deletion is immediate and permanent. You get a confirmation email and no copy is kept.

By email, if you already uninstalled the app

1. Write to info@carflexstudio.com with the subject «Delete my account», from the email address you signed up with.
2. We confirm the request by replying to that same address — that is how we verify the account is yours.
3. Deletion is completed within 30 days at the latest, and we tell you when it is done.

You do not need an active subscription, and you do not need the app installed, to ask for this.

What gets deleted

• Your account and your business details (name, email, phone).
• Every photo and every simulation, including the original files in our storage — not just the records: the pixels.
• The labels on your projects and your own calibrated templates.
• The history of WhatsApp and email deliveries.

What is kept, and for how long

Billing records — payments and invoices — are kept for as long as the applicable tax law requires, detached from your photos and your content. Your subscription itself is held by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record; cancelling it stops the charges, and the invoices it issued stay in its records for the same legal reason. Nothing else is kept.

Deleting data without closing the account

You do not need to delete the account to delete content: inside the application you can remove any simulation or a whole project, and its files are destroyed immediately, in storage too.

If you are not the account holder

If the photo of your car was taken by a workshop, wheel shop or uses CarFlex Studio, that business decides over the image and can delete it from inside the app. Ask them first. If you cannot reach them, write to us at info@carflexstudio.com and we will pass the request on and follow up.
