Terms of service
Last updated: 29 August 2026.
Who you are contracting with
CarFlex Studio is operated by Nobiliti S.A.S., tax ID (NIT) 902.081.249-5, registered with the Cámara de Comercio de Cartagena, registered office at Calle 30 #20-145, Pie de la Popa, Cartagena de Indias, Bolívar, Colombia. Creating an account or using the service means accepting these terms. If you accept them on behalf of a business, you state that you may bind it.
What it is and what it is not
CarFlex Studio generates visual simulations for illustrative and commercial purposes. It is not a medical device: it makes no diagnosis, prescribes nothing, and the images it produces are not a promise of any specific outcome. Deciding whether a procedure is appropriate is the professional's responsibility, and the professional is the one who must explain to their client that what they are seeing is a simulation.
Results depend on AI models that are not deterministic: the same photo and the same instruction can produce different images, and some requests are refused by the model's own content rules.
Your account
You need to be of legal age and to use the service professionally. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what every member of your team does with it, and for keeping your password to yourself. We verify the email address before the account can generate: it is what keeps the free trial from being farmed.
Acceptable use
The platform is used on photographs of people who authorised the processing of their image, for advisory purposes inside the business. The following is forbidden and suspends the account:
- impersonating anyone, or altering a third party's image without their permission;
- editing photographs of minors;
- generating sexual, degrading or violent content;
- presenting a simulation as a photograph of a real outcome, or removing the mark that says it is AI-generated;
- reselling access, or using the service to build a competing dataset or model.
Plans, billing and cancellation
Each plan includes a number of simulations per month, and top-up packs can be bought at any time. Prices are in US dollars and billed through Lemon Squeezy, our sole payment provider and merchant of record, which issues your invoice and applies the sales taxes of your country.
Billing is upfront and renews each month until you cancel. There is no lock-in: cancel whenever you like and the service runs until the paid period ends. The monthly allowance resets each cycle and does not carry over; top-up packs stay available while the account is active. A failed simulation never consumes credit.
If a payment fails we warn you first; the account then becomes read-only and is finally suspended. Your photo archive stays reachable throughout that process. Refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy under its refund policy; beyond that we refund at our discretion, and we do refund a charge for a service that was unavailable through our fault.
Your content
The photographs and the simulations belong to the business. We claim no ownership over them and we do not use them to train models. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service: to store your images, send them to the AI provider that performs the edit, and deliver them where you ask.
Producing a simulation means sending the photograph to a third-party AI provider, and that provider acts under its own terms, not under ours. We use business APIs whose terms say submitted content is not used to train their models, and the privacy policy sets out what those terms do allow — short retention for abuse review, automated safety checks, and human review of flagged content. Using the service means accepting that this processing happens.
You state that you hold the authorisations required to upload each photograph. If a claim arrives because you did not, it is yours to answer.
Our software
The platform, its interface, its procedure catalogue and the instructions behind each procedure are ours and stay ours. The templates you calibrate yourself are yours, and nobody else sees them.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available, but it runs on external providers and can be interrupted. We do not promise uninterrupted service or any particular result from a model. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid over the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profit or for the commercial consequences of a simulation shown to a client.
Suspension and closing the account
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, that puts the service at risk, or that is required to be suspended by law — telling you why, unless we are forbidden from doing so. You can close your account whenever you want: see Delete your account.
Privacy
How we handle data is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. We change the date at the top and, when the change is material, tell account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting the new version; if you would rather not, cancel and we will refund the unused part of the period.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute goes to the courts of Cartagena de Indias, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection that applies where you live.
